(May 30, 2018, 4:59 pm)It's a nice pavilion with a cool design and a nice view of the city and pond, though it can get crowded. The aforementioned qualities make it a very popular picture spot; during my last visit there were probably between 5-10 different wedding parties visiting, not to mention all the photographers. By the time I left, there was one group of photographers and 3 different wedding parties all jockeying for prime spots.
This is no one's fault, but just be prepared and aware that you may not be able to enjoy this nice spot in peace.
