  VIve Healthy is an amazing gym where you can easily meet your fitness goals. What sets this gym apart from others ? First of all- you can tell that this gym was built with lots of love and hard-work by co-owners Jeff and Edna who are a husband and wife dynamic duo. They are both accomplished Elite Athletes and two more humble individuals would be hard to find. Jeff is a golden gloves boxer and Edna is an accomplished world marathon runner. They brought this gym with a vision to give everyone a place where it feels like home, everybody knows your name and where your butt will be kicked every day to give you the best results! They care about each and every person that is part of their gym and it shows. Jeff is a dedicated and intense trainer that wakes up at 5 am- thinking of his trainees to sit at his kitchen table and write the workout of the day in his handy notebook. No fancy ipads /tablets- just a notebook and a pencil-just old school amazing training! That is the level of dedication he has as a trainer. You almost feel that you are in Creed training. He mixes up the exercises and equipment used everyday. He pushes us beyond our comfort zones in Boxing and HIIT classes and you leave the gym feeling so accomplished and ready to take on your day. Try Vive Healthy- you will love it there!

  Love it. They have a variety of classes to choose from and even try out. They also keep you update on any workshops they have. The owners Edna and Jeff will make you feel like and be part of the vive healthy family.

  Glad to be working out with Jeff and Edna again! A few years ago I started my workout journey at Pilsen fitness center where I would frequent Jeff's boxing classes before I had to move on bc of certain circumstances. I really felt like something was missing and sort of bounced between a few gyms since then. Once I found out they were opening up their own studio a few months ago, I knew l had to join. Welp today I took a class called "Glutes that salute" and I had a great time!
  
  If you live near the area and you're looking for something different and something that'll keep you motivated, I would definitely join. It's great to be a part of a community oriented studio.

  Great classes lead by experienced professionals. Also have personal training options. Class option range from yoga to self defense. Fun run on Sundays are also available (free). Great community place.
