(July 5, 2019, 8:21 am)I rent frequently for work from my local neighborhood enterprise. The staff are friendly and some know me by name, all greet me with a smile. Sometimes I have to wait for a car to be cleaned, which, with the limited equipment and staff available at the local spots, isn’t always done to the best standard. The facility itlself is a little tired and could use some sprucing up, usually the carpet is dirty, the individuals desks and the main counter are a little cluttered. I realize that the local facilities, unlike those at the airport, don’t have all the same equipment, staff and resources but Enterprise would do well to try to keep all facilities clean and presentable.

They made sure I got the best car available (and let me choose between what they had available), gave me a ride to and from with no hassle (can’t tell you how many times getting a ride has been a problem from other rental places!!), and even checked in on me mid-week. This is definitely the rental spot I would choose in northern Chicago!

(January 9, 2019, 9:57 am)I’ve had the pleasure of having Max & Bree, helping me out whenever I’m renting. And I must say they are very helpful and accommodating. Bree, is the best in customer service! She is kind and has a very welcoming personality! I’d recommend this location and either one Max or Bree!
(January 1, 2019, 7:50 am)The staff here is absolutely amazing! Friendly, thorough, and patient. Because of the excellent customer service that I received I will never rent from any other company other than Enterprise. They have a history of great customer service because I was actually referred here by Dad who raved about the customer service he received. To Max and the rest of the staff, you never know what stressful circumstances have led a customer to you but it feels good when we’re treated with care and can walk out with a smile. Thank You!!!!
