  123 Remodeling did the most beautiful job remodeling my condo on a budget! The staff was lovely, they took care of all the permits, and I got some really good deals on materials from their partners. My project manager helped me manage the budget, and we worked together to find the cheapest place to get the best materials. It was all done in a timely matter, and I'm absolutely in love with my home! Thank you so much!!! :)

  We highly recommend 123 remodeling for any kind of home remodel they are amazing. They work hard just to make you smile and i cant thank them enough for the amazing transfer of my master bedroom they did an amazing job with minimum price.

  Amazing job of remodeling our bathroom! Everyone was professional, prompt, responsive, and everything turned out better than anticipated in a very quick amount of time.

  We used 123 remodeling to do a complete gut and remodel of our master bath. The work involved was very extensive including gutting the entire room down to the studs and floor joists, moving the toilet from one side of the room to the other, removing an old cast iron tub and replacing it with a shower, installing all new fixtures, flooring with radiant heat, insulation, new tile, shower glass, additional sink plumbing for a double vanity, new circuits for updated electrical. The price they quoted for the labor was reasonable as well as the timeline for the project. We also recently had a baby and the workers were absolutely accommodating to try to make the project as fast, clean, and quiet as possible. On top of all that they did outstanding work. As I observed the progress throughout the project I was amazed at how precise and thorough they were, not taking any shortcuts, and doing it the right way while listening to my requests and making suggestions when needed. We now have a fully updated bath that I know will provide my family many years of service. Could not recommend them enough!

  I live in the River North neighborhood in downtown Chicago, and a few of my neighbors had work done by 123 in the last few years, so I called them right away when I wanted to renovate my kitchen. I had a consultation with one of the project managers, and she was a delight. She gave me lots of ideas and was very responsive to all my questions. My biggest worry was how to deal with the condo association at my building, but I was assured that the whole 123 team was very experienced with that side of projects, which was a huge weight off of me. Unfortunately I had to put my project on hold until I have the time and money to do it right, but I'll definitely be calling back when the day comes!
