(December 28, 2018, 8:58 am)This place is packed with ppl even standing at the bar. The English lady (from England duh) bar tending is super nice and handling everyone easily. She also seems to know a lot about the beers they serve and interesting history tidbits. Yes the drinks are over priced. It’s an airport, they all are.

(November 7, 2018, 7:18 am)Food is good and relatively low priced FOR THE AIRPORT. The guy at the counter was super friendly and put me in a good mood to start my trip. Thank you for a good breakfast!
(August 19, 2018, 6:04 pm)Staff was very friendly. The place is packed since its the closest food/ bar to several gates. Food came out fast and hot. They use paper straws instead of plastic which was cool! Great fries. A little too much fat in the pork on my Cuban for my taste but not bad over all.

Getting a Berghoff Cafe corned beef sandwich with sauerkraut was a top priority when I spent a few brief hours in Chicago for the first time. I didn't eat it right away, although I did enjoy Berghoff's unbelievably sweet root beer that gave me a much needed sugar rush to catch my next flight.
