New Cell Phone Lot

This new location is so much better than the old location. When you leave the lot it puts you right into the Arrivals area, perfect. The old location you had to fight traffic to get to the arrivals from the old cell lot.

I look forward to future updates during the airports transition the next few years.

The signage to get here is horrible. But that’s the city for you. It’s very convenient and free. I got stuck waiting longer than expected because of my old lady’s flight delay. But there was guy in a van giving away free candy, which was awesome. I had to eat it with my shirt off in the back of his van...he seemed nice enough, so no biggie. There’s no porta/pottys here, but the guy had a bucket set up.
Would definitely come back !!

December 2019. This is the correct location (on Recirculation Rd). Do NOT go to the cell phone lot on Bessie Coleman Drive. It is closed.

No facilities other than Port-a-pots.

September 2019. The cell phone lot at O’Hare has moved a couple times. To get to it head to the lower drive for Arrivals. Keep left as you go towards Terminal 3, following the signs to Cell Phone Lot on Recirculation Rd. Parked there you’re in a good spot to swing back through Arrivals and get your pickup completed.
