  If you are killing time in ORD, make your way to the Rotunda and check out the hydroponic garden.

  A little warm since it's on the second floor but overall a nice escape from the bustle of the airport. Plants are grown here that are used by restaurants in the airport. most tables don't have electric plugs

  A wonderful oasis in a corner of the airport. A tower garden featuring flowers, vegetables and herbs growing in PVC pipes that run from floor to ceiling.

  The O'hare Urban Garden is a quiet retreat from the noise and bustle of the airport. The green herbs are grown for use at some of the airport restaurants. The chairs are comfortable enough to take a nap. This is my favorite quiet place in Terminal 3.
