Place is top notch work, service and communication; I went for body work repairs on front number and hood for our Cayenne. Justin was so professional and help me with my insurance claim from beginning to end. I really recommend this business.

I had an accident where the spoiler on my Mercedes Benz SUV came off. I had filed a claim with State Farm to get it fixed. The first shop I went to said the part was on back order and there was nothing they could do about it. So they just said on the claim for months. I then called State Farm to see if they had any ideas and they couldn’t help either. So I had to go to Mercedes-Benz of Chandler and inquire about the part and they referred me to their body shop, which is Penske automotive and Collision and to ask for Michelle in particular. When I went there, Michelle was so eager to help and found out that she could get a brand new part installed and we went ahead and scheduled a date. After my car was fully repaired, State Farm said that they wouldn’t pay for the full cost of the repair for some bogus reason. But Michelle fought to get me the payment. She’s been amazing from the beginning to the end. She was always professional, upfront and honest about everything. She’s the best! I would definitely recommend Penske Automotive and Collision….and Michelle.

I can not give enough praise for the work Penske's did on my M4. The front desk is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Tal Goss is really wonderful. My car is perfect, he communicated everything and took care of all the insurance issues. THANK YOU!

Second time we had to use Penske. We were advised it would be a two month wait before they could get to our repair but we decided they were worth the wait because of the great job they had done the first time. We were amazed when the contacted us three weeks early and told us our car was done. Apparently the parts had arrived sooner than expected and there had been a cancellation so they slid our car in for repair. It looks like new.

Service representative wasn't always responsive to my calls, but did answer all my questions. Car paint job and clear bra looks good. I waited 3 months for the service, then over 3 weeks to complete the job. I'm not sure I'll go with them again if needed. As a favor, the technician removed two stickers on my bumper.

Very nice breakfast at BGL. Eggs cooked fresh to order, tasty and reasonably priced. Server Jagadeesh & chef Sourav were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good environment to relax pre flight. Highly recommended!
