“This small UPS store inside of the O’Hare Hilton offers so much convenience! I accidentally forgot to pack some kitchenware in my checked baggage, and only later I realized that they were not allowed to be onboard with me. Thanks to this store, I didn’t have to abandon them in the last minute. I shipped them to my home address via this UPS store and that was such a relief! The extra handling fee is more that justifiable, considering how much help this establishment is of in the airport.”

“I fly weekly for usually for business and regularly fly in and out of O'Hare. This airport is so large and I'm usually able to get very low fares for my frequent business travel which is a real blessing. There are nearby parking facilities at fair prices too (I would recommend the preflight parking). Also they have a lot of food options here at O'Hare. Security is always helpful when needed. The Airport is well marked with signs and flight boards everywhere to help travelers. With It being such a large airport and very busy, I do recommend check in at least two hours ahead of time for all flights because of how busy it is and sometimes it can take some time going through security, because of the amount of people. It's a very Clean airport. Lots of shops and restaurants along the way with a variety of food options from different cuisines. Everything is little pricey. Overall, it's a great airport.”

“Not sure why Google suggest that I rate an "Economy Parking Lot E". What should I come to expect from a fully automated massive parking lot a reasonable distance away from the airport. I must say it was quite crowded and could be a good walk to the tram into the airport if you're not lucky. At $17 a day plus an additional 20 minutes of work before you check in and when you return. It is probably much cheaper for you to Uber in if your local and going to be gone for more than a day or two.”

“The server was extremely attentive and friendly. Middle aged man with an Eastern European accent who was a wonderful person to meet during a long day of travel. The food was good and came freakishly fast which is exactly what I was looking for in a layover at O'Hare. The shrimp and Angel hair pasta was tasty and filling. My wife had the lobster ravioli and she really enjoyed it. Large loaf of bread and a Stella on tap made for a great meal.”

“Fast fast fast. I walked into the Chicago O'Hare rental car center, up two flights, then out to the National area. There was an employee standing by with directions or assistance if needed. I simply selected a car, got in, drove to the exit gate where the attendant quickly recorded the pertinent information, and left. It was all much better than waiting in a stuffy, slow line waiting for help.”

My wife and I are very particular customers (my wife was buying only her second watch in 20 years), and Leslie answered all our questions, helped my wife select the best-possible watch, and encouraged us to buy more without applying pressure.
