The beach offers a view that is post card material each morning at sun rise. The beach is well maintained and kept clean. If you enjoy fishing one can fish from the piers. There are tennis courts grassy areas for all types of outdoor fun for example grilling freesbe sun bathing and napping. It is a place romantic dates. The beach is perfect for family and group activities. Attend!!!!!!

Rogers Beach Park is one of 18 street-end beaches acquired by the Chicago Park District from the City of Chicago in 1959. By that time, the city's Bureau of Parks and Recreation had been operating such small municipal beaches since at least 1921.
