  I've been working out at Core Strength since I moved to Rogers Park a year ago. The facility is absolutely perfect for me - all of the equipment that I need for a very reasonable price. Training with Mike has helped me reach fitness and health goals as well as keep me motivated for a long term lifestyle change.

  Before I started coming to Core Strength Fitness, I had virtually no workout routine. But Mike trained me over several months, helping me figure out a fitness program, tracking my progress, motivating me, and keeping me focused. He trained me so well that I've been able to continue coming here doing workouts on my own for 3 years and running. This is a great gym: it has all the equipment you'd need, it's quiet, friendly, conveniently priced, and conveniently located. Highly recommended!

  The gym is fully equipped to have any type of workout you want. Mike is an excellent trainer with vast knowledge of different fitness programs that can suit anyone's needs and goals. Best deal in the area! Highly recommend.

  Mike is very nice, offers a great price, The gym has everything you'd need to work a weightlifting regimen. I've been going here for almost 2 years now. No hassle, no hidden fees, no cancellation sidestepping, or ridiculous requirements like most other gyms. Love this place.

  I've been lifting for 14 years, and I've been training at Core Strength Fitness the past 4 months. Core Strength Fitness is one of my favorite places I've ever trained, and I've made measurable progress since I started training there. The owner Mike is an awesome guy with decades of experience under his belt.
  
  If you're an experienced lifter like me, you'll find everything you need for your training and more. If you're new to lifting, and health and fitness in general, Mike offers personalized training, which I highly recommend pursuing.
