“Great building, apartment, location and neighbors, but... TERRIBLE manager. Her name is (deleted), and she has zero social skills. Rude, curt, and downright unpleasant. I would not hire her to be a meter maid (no offense to meter maids, I just know you need to have a certain disposition for that job.) I never like to leave any negative reviews about anything, but her continued poor attitude pushed me to the brink. I'll leave 5 stars because I do think the building is stellar. Sorry for the vent session! Edit: Decided to remove the manager's name.”
