  Stephanie is straight up amazing, guys. I have a complicated genetic illness that causes constant body wide pain and extensive joint problems, and many physical therapists that I've worked with in the past weren't quite up to the task of treating me. Stephanie is different. Her smart, supportive, whole body approach has totally changed my life. Because of Stephanie, I am stronger than I have been in years and my daily pain has been drastically reduced. She is super knowledgeable and has an impressive understanding of anatomy and function, which translates into effective care and treatment plans that provide lasting relief, even for difficult to treat bodies like mine. I really wish I'd found Stephanie sooner. She's the best!

  I began experiencing relief from my chronic back pain after my very first appointment with Stephanie. The take-home exercises she assigned and the advice she gave me about sleeping and sitting positions continue to help me.

  I had a great physical therapy experience with Stephanie!! She has helped me tremendously with chronic back pain issues that I had for years. She recognized that my pain was related to postural issues, something no one has ever suggested. I felt relief after my first visit!! It was wonderful!! She developed an easy to follow at-home exercise plan for me. It has helped me to increase my strength and I am able to “head-off” any small aches that may develop. I continue to see her periodically because I find it very helpful. I have recommended Stephanie to several people, my family included!!! She is wonderful.
