  My MINI of Chicago experiences are always fantastic. It is not always fun when service costs have to hit the pocket book, but I at least know the outcome is going to be very reliable. This was my first time working with Jocelyn, and she was wonderful. She treated me fairly and gave assistance wherever/whenever possible. So long as I own a MINI, I will always take it back for service.

  I purchased the warranty to have my maintenance covered for the term of my loan and it is amazing. I easily schedule service and get updates along the way. They also fix random things that I didn't know were wrong. The service at this location is great and the warranty program is lovely.

  Rene was great to work with. We travelled five hours to purchase the car and everything was exactly as we discussed. We couldn't be happier with the car.

  Best car buying experience working with Rene Chavez! I had my previous Mini serviced here for several years and knew I wanted to purchase my next car here based on their good service. I found Rene through reviews and he more than lived up to them. Not only is he knowledgeable, friendly, and a 'no pressure' sales person, he was extremely efficient and had paperwork moving quickly once I made a decision. He also followed up by phone as he said he would regarding a detail for service. I will seek Rene out again for my next car.

  I typically don't write reviews because I enjoy my anonymity, hence the generic name. I've been coming here for regular service, but never purchased here. It was a great experience with very professional people. Recently purchased a new MINI Countryman from Ric Tryce. Very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The whole process including getting through the final items with Finance and signing contracts was pretty quick too.
  
  Their service department has always been accommodating as well.
