(March 17, 2019, 4:45 pm)For my first marathon I raised money for a charity and the CARA marathon training came with it. I was nervous to run with a group (I was convinced that I was a “solo runner”) and honestly almost never went. That was 5 years ago and boy am I glad that I showed up that first Sunday. I met some of the most amazing friends I could ever ask for! I get so excited every summer to see everyone, and to make new running friends!
(March 17, 2019, 2:38 pm)The Sunday Montrose CARA marathon training group is the best! It's a wonderfully supportive and diverse group of people that I look forward to seeing each week. Running with CARA for marathon training is a world of difference than training alone, and I would highly recommend it.
