  We have lived here for about 1-1/2 years. The warmth and welcoming of the residents for new arrivals has been wonderful. Transportation options something that we didn't really consider are especially good--10 minutes to Michigan Avenue on a bus that stops at the front door. Activities are too numerous to attend all--educational, challenging, participatory. Can't imagine a better place.

  My husband and I moved to The Admiral over four years ago. We had very full lives, but realized it was time to move to a place where our continued care would be guaranteed FOR LIFE. We've made some wonderful new friends here, have so many activities offered to us on a daily basis, and I don't have to cook any more! What could be better?

  The building and the views are beautiful but what really makes this place special are the people who live and work here. If you believe in the power of community, this is the place to be.
