  Rosy is a very smart, talented professional woman. She is always on task, attentive, responsable, always has a smile on her face, great customer service and is always looking to please and make sure her customers get exactly what they need, want and deserve.
  I highly recommend Rosy and will be going back to her when we are ready to sale and purchase a new home!!

  I have used Rosie Armenta for several transactions and she is absolutely great at what she does! Her professionalism is great, explains everything as best as possible, always answers her calls/e-mails/messages. Very pleased with her service! I would highly recommend Rosie. 👍🏻

  Rosie Armenta has been the best realtor I have ever dealt with and that's why I have used her experience for the past 11 years. she explains everything to the fullest, has been there for me anytime I have needed her (have had several purchases, and helped me sell 2 of my houses) and she has also went to the extreme and took my whole family out for lunch when we took long days looking for our house! She is there for you, always returns calls if by rare occasion she does not answer, gives you detailed explanation of what's best for you and helps you anyway she can! She has the biggest heart ever as she always shows concern of how you are doing and helps in anyway she possibly can.
  I would highly reccomend her!! Out of 1 to 5 stars I give her 10 stars ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

  Rosie is the best realtor in the Phoenix area by far! She helped my family to purchase our first home, she gave us options and her honest opinion of what we need and can afford, We got our dream house all thanks to Rosie!!

  One of my favorite places to get a drink, I love the speakeasy atmosphere. There are many cocktails on the menu I like.

  Dives are all about the people, and this place has a great selection of faces around the bar. Cheap beer, jukebox, pool table all the makings for what makes a good dive. Simple but good. Call out to Rose and Cowboy for showing me this gem.

  Get a cup of Iced rose!!!!! You will find the happiness within a second after you take a sip of it. It's really sweet for my taste so I always get it half sugar (and it's still sweet.) It's super crowded on the weekend so might be hard to find seats but people come and go fast. I've been coming every week or sometimes twice a week. Now that I'm thinking.. maybe it has addictive drugs than caffeine? Cause it's vindictively good!

  Really liked the beer list here. Odd that I hadn't been here before, family owned, staff was attentive, knowledgeable & friendly. Parking seriously an issue though, expect to park on Chicago & hoof it. Beers were cold, bar a bit stuffy, as many of the older pre-smoking ban bars tend to be.
