“The Color Cocktail Factory provides a fun and unique experience that I highly recommend. I attended the Sip and Paint class where we created a Van Gogh–inspired Chicago skyline. All the art supplies are provided and you only need to bring a bottle of wine to tap into your creativity. The instructor guides you step-by-step through the process and ensures all attendees are on track with their creations. Even though everyone followed the same steps, it was interesting to observe how each person's final product was slightly different. I am extremely pleased with my final product that serves as a great talking piece. I am looking forward to attending another class.”

“Not only was it a pleasant place to stay, they had a needed emery board to smooth a damaged nail, something not found elsewhere in the airport shops.”

“Good but not overly elaborate buffet. Good bar. Seats are comfortable. But other airline clubs have semi-reclining chairs.”

“This place is ridiculous. In a good way. If you are hungry go to their sit down restaurant. The fried avocado was filling and tasty. Their kale salad was a generous portion and filling. Warning* you must like kale to try that because it isn't wilted kale. Definitely roam if you have time. I had a 5 hour layover after an international flight so I explored! I would rank their showers top 10 in my experience. Slippers and amenities all there for you. But my favorite place here was the valet services area. Discreet sleep areas for a bit of a respite. I loved it. They included their pillow spray and face mask for you. True thoughtfulness in design.”

“Not the finest or most comfortable of the lounges, but certainly not the worst. At this location, the seating is crowded and the electrical outlets are worn and loose. The bar and food are all focused on serving yourself, which makes getting food and drinks easier than usual. The food and drinks are refreshed frequently, so the food was also fresher than many Delta lounges. Finding a seat at peak hours is difficult, with little room to work. Off peak hours, there's plenty of seating... Although only a few places where you can sit comfortably with a laptop.”

“Nice little place with friendly service and good advice. I just LOVE the vodka shots in Poland, and this place had legendary desserts. The main dishes were also very good. One little nitpick: when the door is opened in the winter, the whole place gets cold immediately. They should consider investing in an air curtain.”

“We got there at 8 am, right when it opened. It was great mostly because there was no one here! Seats are worn out - but had the drinks and food we needed. Excellent selection of teas, and an espresso machine. Cold sandwiches and oatmeal was helpful for long haul flights!”
