The service is superb and they work hard to keep it that way.. the place is slightly cramped and does not have too many power sockets for passengers to plug in. WiFi isn’t too good.. a great place to quickly come in and go out but a bit difficult if you have a long stay over... also they don’t have toilets. One has to go out to public toilet..”

“I can’t say enough good things about my rental experience with Fox at ORD. I picked up my car Feb 6,2020 at 10:30 am. No lines. Christian helped me start the process, he was kind and knowledgeable. I went upstairs to go get the car. The staff there was also super helpful! Got a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport which had 15,500 miles and was very clean no smells. Drove 1,000 trouble free miles during my week in IL. I will absolutely be using Fox again for my visit in April. Thanks for all the help!!”
