“Best insurance agent ever. Erie Insurance is in the top 5 car insurers in the country. Recently I was hit in an accident and my car had to be totalled due to placement of the damage (rear wheel bent and crushed the inside suspension). Erie paid out within 2 weeks twice what I expected, covered rental and took care of everything in an amazingly effortless manner. They are cheaper than State Farm, but seem to be same if not better. I have my 3 year old pickup, and now a new Honda sedan insured along with a condo policy and pay $300 a month for a very customized policy. 300/300, rate lock, $200 deductible on both vehicles, upgraded rental car, even $50,000 in personal effects. I am very satisfied. I'm with Erie for at least 10 years now. Call Dorota. She is great and will answer any questions you may have.”

Very strange placement. Personally I wouldn’t want to sit where people put dishes right behind my head or next to my table. Service was quick and friendly. It seems like the entire restaurant is your server. The servers don’t introduce themselves either.”

She immediately got back to me & said she would help me! I was so thankful! AND THE BEST PART - they delivered it and set it up for me (huge help). “I had a nice experience here recently. A light had gone on my dashboard for maintenance- I realized I was late getting an oil change & I thought the light meant I was very low on oil. It was early evening and I had a long day of driving the next day so I was worried. I decided to stop at the O'Reilly near my home and I was thinking I would ask one of the guys in there if they could put a quart of oil in for me to buy me time til I could get my oil changed. A young man named Andrew was working that day and I explained my concern to him & that I wouldn't even know how to put oil in my car and he came outside with me to check the oil. Long story short - I didn't need oil - he explained what the light was indicating & was very nice & informative. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and he actually put my fears to rest that I would be fine for a couple of days til I got my oil changed. I was truly impressed with this employee and grateful. Some places might have tried to take advantage of a woman who obviously didn't have a lot of car knowledge. After this experience - whenever I do need anything car related I will go here and I would highly recommend them. I really wanted to give this young man a good review - he deserves it.”
