“I had a wonderful experience today Bright Light because of Jim. I went in Friday 11/18 for an MRI and was unable to complete it due to extreme claustrophobia. I went back today with some medicine to calm me down a bit. Jim came out to the waiting room to get me and from the beginning he made me feel very comfortable. Once back in the room he took the time to explain what was going to happen and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. He even offered to have me come out of the MRI tube after every test if I needed it. Once Jim started sliding me into the tube I started to panic again. He pulled me right out and told me he was not going to leave me and asked if it was okay if he held my shoulder. Jim is a man of his word. He never left my side. He held my shoulder and talked to me the whole time. If it wasn't for Jim, I would not have been able to go through the MRI today. The rest of the office staff was also great. Michelle operated the scanner so that Jim could stay in the room with me. The front desk was very friendly and the facility is very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Bright Light Radiology!!”
