“CASTLE CHEVY NORTH SETS THE CAR DEALERSHIP STANDARDS!!! By far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I had the pleasure working with Norma and Damien (sales associates), Ed (sales manager), and Ray (finance). All four people were extremely courteous, patient, friendly, and best of all, NOT PUSHY! Our family was in the market for a new SUV so we purchased a 2019 Traverse Redline at an outstanding price. The process started with Norma (on two separate days). She was everything you'd want in a car salesperson. She was so nice, personable, patient and understanding. She is a true pro and many car salespeople would be much better off following her lead. She never ONCE tried to convince or push any tactics on us. If you're in the market for a vehicle, you must go in and talk with Norma! The third occasion was the day we decided to buy. Unfortunately, Norma wasn't working that day but we needed to complete the sale. Damien came in the picture and picked up right where Norma left off. He ensured us that Norma would get the sales commission so that put us at ease. Damien was wonderful as well. He was very professional, courteous, and expedited the process in a quick and timely fashion. He even took ample time after the sale was complete to show me all the features of the vehicle and how the infotainment system operates. Ed, the sales manager was excellent as well. Very friendly, humorous, and even sacrificed his lunch break to help us crunch the numbers to a deal that best suited our budget. Again, this was all done in such a timely matter that it BLEW our minds! Ray, the finance guy was also a pleasure. The paperwork was efficient and quick. We even had time to chat and have a few laughs. We could not believe how professional and fast everything got done! Kudos to the staff at Castle Chevy North! “My older kid attended the school for 4 years. Teachers are very caring and take each kid to their hearts. Academic curriculums encourage kids to learn and stimulates their curiosity on nature. My kid came out way ahead in math and reading. The program also focuses on basic etiquette, self-discipline and character building. Above all, the school is caring, loving and attentive to all kids. We feel as part of a family, and years after their graduation, my kids still love to go back to re-visit their friends and teachers there.”
