Amazing park! Big field and basketball courts, but as I was there with my 3 (nearing in on 4) year old, the playground was what really stood out. Stylistically it's similar to other parks in Evanston, but most everything is a little bit different in really innovative ways, there were a good half dozen things I saw that gave me pause to admire, like "wow, that's pretty cool!"
My son was super entertained the entire time we were there, and if it was up to him I suspect we'd have had to camp there overnight!
Very nice place.
Nice park. Good basketball court that has nets and rims year-round
$1M park rehab is complete. Curved sidewalks, new lighting, benches, playgrounds, and a half size basket ball court. Everything is new again, except the clubhouse. Water fountain and toilets are a nice bonus, but need updates. There is a surprising amount of activity run out of this clubhouse including camps and a polling place. It deserves more attention.
Nice park. Ice rink in winter is fun.
