  Already knew what was coming from the online viewing but once your live doing it for real,and a lot too, life changing for me for the benefits Thai gives in the giving as well as receiving. So it's a win,win for me.Had some great teachers too. Great time,worked hard ready to relax after. Not my profession but ready for retirement now.:-) I'm 64years 10 months when I took the course and made it too. Give it a try you'll love it.
