“Using Davenport Design was one of the best decisions we made when planning my daughter’s Aug. 25, 2018 wedding. From our initial meeting with Carl at a Starbucks near my daughter’s apartment, we both felt comfortable and knew he was the right florist. Meeting Scott a few months later only strengthened that first impression. Our Chicago Athletic Association Hotel venue was so beautiful it was hard to imagine it enhanced — but Davenport Design did so, making it simply magical. From the gorgeous candlelit aisle, the varied-height arrangements, to the floral doggie wreath for the bride and groom’s pup, each detail was exquisite. The head table overlooking Millennium Park was absolutely breathtaking. Not only was the cost below what I’d been warned by a wedding planner to expect for a formal, downtown-Chicago wedding, the execution was impeccable. Just an hour before the ceremony Scott adjusted the bridesmaids’s bouquets (all seven of them!) at my daughter’s request, to make them more subdued than originally planned — without question or complaint. We have received numerous compliments on the flowers since, several people saying they were the most beautiful they’d ever seen at a wedding. Besides all this, both Carl and Scott are true gentlemen, and an absolute delight to work with. I can’t recommend them strongly enough!”

“The Owners of this lovely facility are some of the best gas station people in America. The quality of the gasoline is greatly appreciated and my automobile thanks them as well. The pumping stations are well organized and kept clean. There is plenty of lighting for the evening. The selection of soft drinks is tremendous and I appreciated that they carry Brisk Iced Tea that really hit the spot this summer night. The store is clean and well stocked with fresh quality products. The staff is always friendly and curtious. Attend!!!!!”

“This is my favorite place on the planet. I love the atmosphere there. I think the best place to start is the temperature. The heating in the winter is never too hot, I can always leave my coat on, or take it off and not be cold, and AC in the summer is perfect, always cools me down, without being cold. The air flow is perfect. Also the service is wonderful. There’s always many people there to help you find anything you need. Whenever I’m in a bad mood, I find this Walgreens to better my mood at anytime.”
