“ABSOLUTELY THE BEST COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I have nothing but the most positive things to say about working with American Specialty. When I need guidance on what products will work well for our events, how to keep to the best price points, or how to determine timing, Mark and team are always able to help. The turnaround time is fantastic from concept to production - so fast that they can meet even the tightest deadline (and are so good problem solving how to do this). Our school has worked with other vendors and we have not found better pricing either, which is saying a lot because you do not have to forego amazing customer service to get a fair and honest quote. There is a reason we have worked with them for years and will continue to do so...they let us know if there's something they can't do (which is rare) but bend over backwards if it's humanly possible to be done. I received a list of vendors when I first started in this role (with American Specialty on top). I called another vendor once...poor customer service, only ok pricing, and didn't really seem to care about our small business order. This has never been the case with American Specialty...they treat every order, like it was stocking a professional arena's fans full of goodies. I cannot recommend them highly enough!”

They don't have those little blue shopping baskets though. But I think a lot of places are doing away with those for some reason. Probably because of the whole covid-19.”
