  I went there to get my battery replacement. The staffs are friendly and help me from searching the proper size of battery to install the battery (free service). Shane is the store manager. Making sure you greet Luis, Perry and Brandon. They are a group of great team. The experience was great.

  Great and friendly service! My car was towed here, from I-90 in late summer. It is more than 20 years old and has a problem of stalling every summer for the past 3 or so years. I have brought it to different places, spent a lot of money and it still stalls. Pep Boys had it for one day, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and it's been running strong since. Can't beat that for a good review! Thanks Guys!????
  Oh, and their Reward Dollars program really does save you $$$!

  We had our car fixed here in the summer because my air conditioning went out. Quotes from other shops were extremely high and we found this shop was competitively priced. They did an excellent job in less time then quoted by other shops like Firestone. The Manager and his staff were so friendly too. Then today I had a light showing low tire pressure, drove there and they waited on me immediately. They checked all my tires without any charge. Just a smile and good customer relations. Go here, there are honest and dependable! Something you don't see every day! THANK YOU.

  Luis handled me as a customer with the highest respect and attentiveness and I will be a repeat customer. I was surprised I didn't see his name on the door as shop manager because that is service he provided. They swapped out my started within minutes of dropping it off. Gave me a quick call back to pick it up and even helped me get the car there.

  I take all my cars to this location and so does my family . I trust Luis Fuertes and feel I get a good deal, with a detailed explanation. I have dealt with many untrustworthy auto service shops and high priced auto dealers. This is why I always feel good coming here. They do all major auto repairs at a great price and back their work.
