“Jim was great. I am very happy with my safety shoe purchase. I was in a day or two before I made my purchase with a coworker and Jim remembered me. The power was down when I came in and he did his best to navigate the stock room in the dark. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes or so. They have a nice selection of shoes. They had a better selection of womens shoes than Red Wing. They also have a wider variety of brands including Caterpillar. However they didn't have a plain black shoe which I was kind of disappointed in. They had black boots, but not plain black shoes. They have lots of grays and browns. Overall I was very pleased with my experience here even though they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this place.”

“I was driving a chevy work truck through some heavy snow, slipped and got a flat tyre which was almost falling off of the rim as I tried to take control of the truck and reposition it. The nearest auto repair shop was the Airport Auto Body and I managed to make it there without further damage. Joe was just amazing! He took one look at the tyre and had a tech take it inside the shop to examine and fix it! He was very communicative and told me exactly what had happened and what he did to fix it! He also provided information on further maintenance. It only took about 30 to 40 minutes and I was well on my way to work after as if nothing had gone wrong. This is the type of response you want after having such a car accident issue.”

“Having a car towed is almost always surrounded by unpleasant experiences. However, these people were helpful, courteous, and straight forward. After my car broke down on the highway, I thought I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to get it out. Although it wasn't free, it was cheaper than expected. They asked for my license, registration or title (they accepted the copy of the license sticker stub with my name, address, the car's information etc.). I was told ahead of time that my car might not be towed back to my place the same day and offered for me to get my own towing service if necessary. The car arrived when they said it would, they called before they delivered it (the way they said they would). Although it sucks that my car broke, the people at this place didn't add to the already bad experience. Thanks you.”

“Johnathan is an amazing owner if this fine shop I have consistently used ME Automotive since moving to TX in 2013. Never once has Johnathan tried to sell me or force a service on me. But always would tell me if he or one of his mechanics found a issue and would shoot me straight with good rates for said repairs. Johnathan and ME Automotive won't push the highest profit repair but most important to keep you up and running until you can get any and everything fixed. Definitely a 5/5 company and great atmosphere.”
