(February 15, 2020, 4:26 pm)I had a quick pick up with a free upgrade because they didn’t have the car I requested. It’s a small location so they don’t have a ton of options but the staff were courteous and helpful.

To me, it's worth paying a little bit more to go with Enterprise than a dumpy discount company, nothing worse (well almost) when traveling than a problem with a rental car reservation or car. Never had an issue or drama with Enterprise.
