Both Melvin and Victor made us feel reassured they were taking CDC regulations seriously and exhibited excellent customer service. We drove to this U-Haul specifically because the one closer to us (in East Nashville) is not taking Covid precautions seriously and don't even wear masks. I'm so happy with my experience at this store and would recommend it to anyone in the Madison/ East Nashville/ Rivergate area.
(September 22, 2020, 8:42 pm)This u-haul center has a storage facility also. It is huge. And they are on it. The staff is great. They make you feel welcome and help you however they can.
