We drove to this U-Haul specifically because the one closer to us (in East Nashville) is not taking Covid precautions seriously and don't even wear masks. I'm so happy with my experience at this store and would recommend it to anyone in the Madison/ East Nashville/ Rivergate area.”

However, thanks to Janie my feelings have gone away. Janie made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door and even gave me a tour of the entire facility.
