“We joined uptown in August of this year, at the beginning we were surprised with the level of details and step by step procedure that was given to us to relocate smoothly to the apartment, but then, we realized that this is their Theme. The building is clean around the clock, the team joined lately is sooo friendly and helpful, the management put an effort to have all residents enjoying the special occasions and holidays, communication through the email is clear and always reachable, maintenance services procedure is promptly available when needed and many others. If I need to extend my stay in chicago definately I will extend it at Uptown.”
