“This company should get an award for Customer Service. They answered my calls, (there were a few) took the time to be sure I understood, "Saved me Money," and the Boom Kicker is Perfect. The quality is excellent. My Boom rotates, so that was the problem. Another part was needed. The sliders that come with the kit must be returned for the slider variety, if the mast does not use a rope slider system. Mine does not, and that was the only confusion. I called and the correct part within 3 Days, at a reduced price. ”
