The repair facility is very understanding and interested in the customer's needs.
The manager even took the time to make sure that I could find the best way to rt. 34 and then back to where I came from.
Excellent drive shaft shop! Amazing driveshaft service and astounding pricing. I dropped of a two piece to get balanced and rebuilt it was done the same day! Amazing customer service! Stopped in and was talking to Dan about balancing my driveshaft due to vibration. After looking at it he said that he didn't have the right attachment to properly balance my particular driveshaft. With no hesitation he picked up the phone and called a local competitor to see if they have it, which they didn't. He then suggested and wrote down info of an out-of-state shop he recommended. I've must of taking at least 20min of his time doing this and I never felt "brushed-off"! Very friendly environment and according to customer feedback I wouldn't hesitate recommending them or doing business with them in the future! Dan, thank you very much for your time!!
