(April 23, 2018, 5:03 pm)I was in the market for a MTB last year and I came across 2 BiCi during my search. My shopping experience has been great, the service has been acceptable, and the customer service is even better. Joe, the owner, is a very knowledgeable cyclist that can answer honestly any bike related question you have while giving you personal level advice. Joe has saved me money multiple times by talking me out of purchasing unnecessary components. I've had to take my MTB in for service a few times now with only one comeback. I take more responsibility for the comeback because I didn't confirm the bike was in complete working condition before leaving the shop. Joe is willing to help anyone out if they ask. I reached out to Joe about purchasing a road bike earlier in 2018. Due to the shortage of left over inventory from 2017, he was unable to order anymore bikes. I proposed a bike that I found online to him and asked for his advice. He measured me to ensure proper frame fitment and walked through spec by spec to confirm I was getting a quality built bike. Joe asked me to bring the bike in once it arrive so he could go over the components for performance and safety reasons. He made all the final adjustments for me before I hit the road. 2 BiCi is a very personable business that looks out for the customer's best interest. The value that Joe's business brings to the cycling community is second to none and will be appreciated by any rider that walks through his door.

Joe is a really nice guy, couple of my friends and I have bought bikes from 2 bici... staff is very professional and provide great service all the time! Plus you can’t beat their prices...!

(June 30, 2015, 11:46 am)Joe takes great care of our bikes and has since he opened. His prices are very reasonable, they always have a fast turn-around time for repairs and he takes the time to talk customers through their questions to find the best possible plan for them. Great guy, great bike shop! Not a ton of stock on hand but he will order anything you need. So glad he's in our area.
