“I have a bad astigmatism and have always struggled with getting the right prescription. This was my first trip to Springdale and I think I have found my forever eye care provider. The office is really well decorated, extremely clean, has plenty of well thought out covid protections, and I really like how they use tech. I really felt like everyone took their time and did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Tanya spent a lot of time talking about different options as well as taking her time during the examination. The office staff was really polite, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. Because of my prescription, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get my prescription filled. For the first time ever, I was able to get my new glasses in under a week. The prescription is spot on and everything looks great. I am headed back in a couple weeks to get progressives that are targeted for computer use. I measured the distance between my monitors and eyes and they are going to optimize it for that distance. I am so excited. I honestly can't think of any downsides.”

The ER staff was amazingly supportive and straight forward in explaining that although his pulse and breathing restarted at the hospital, that his prognosis was grim. In the ICU his nurse Karen was as kind and supportive to us as anyone could be. She spoke to him by name as she cared for him. Stroked his hair and supported our grief as we said goodbye. Your Critical Care doctor ( I am sorry I do. It remember his name ) was kind and gentle in letting us know that my dad could not recover from this. For 12 hours he was kept comfortable and when he passed away it was peaceful. Your staff let us grieve and say our goodbyes. This was the worst day of my life— but your wonderful doctors and nurses made it bearable with their support. Thank you to each and every one of them”
