They are always up front, honest, and have great rates. They even provided me with a loaner now and again when I was in need. I can not stress enough how amazing they are. (May 26, 2018, 12:10 am)I bought a Nissan back in 2016. It broke down and went to a different shop and sat for 1 year with no result (NOT DES PLAINES AUTOMOTIVE). When Manny and Jimmy came over. They weren't even open yet but it didn't stop them at all. Jimmy had no clue about my truck. He literally started from scrat h. It took Jimmy not even 48 hours later but the other shop a year but no result. Nothing beats hearing your truck for the 1st time after 1 year. I asked if I could hug them both. They both said okay . Thet continue to do great things. They explain everything to you. They are truly honest people. You will not regret it. Best decision ever. My truck now is back on the road and drives beautifully.

(December 5, 2017, 9:41 am)Honest people and great service! It used to be called Star Automotive and I was never impressed with them but now that there are new owners and it's been remodeled, it's a great place. They even dropped me off down the street at work while they were diagnosing my truck.
