The 1st time I came here I had a bad experience over a year ago for a MRI. I happy to say todays MRI was great. Susan was amazing!!!!! I do not do well with MRI’s. She was so patient with me and tried her best to make me comfortable.
My experience at this facility was excellent! From the moment I walked in I was addressed promptly and professionally.
My technition Daniel was friendly and very pleasant. The other staff were friendly and professional too.
I am so glad to have gotten all the images and x-rays I needed. My initial contact was Deana. From our first phone conversation I felt that I was in good hands. I will pass off to my referring Doctor this exceptional experience.
I've been using this facility for several years now. Surprised that some people had bad experiences. My experience is great. Nice staff, never had a problem with customer service, very professional, easy to make an appointment and their prices are very reasonable, 3 times less than in a hospital. Of course they don't have fountains and palm trees in the lobby but this is not why you came there. I recommend this place to all my friends.
