“I decided to change my primary and found Dr. Blachut online by searching for drs close to home w credentials and such and I called the office and I couldn’t be happier. I called to make the appointment and the women was very helpful and said I could print the forms in advance or get there early. Received a reminder call (I love that). Day of appt- front desk, very organized and friendly staff. I had to fill out a few more papers and just maybe a 10 minute wait and I went in. Nurse , again very nice, took weight, height and went to room to get some general stuff done and within 5 minutes Dr. Blachut was there. Very thorough and asks questions and at the end of exam asks you if you have any questions. I was extremely happy with my “ luck” or whatever to choose Dr. Blachut and this office. 12/1/2019 UPDATE- So I have had to have refills and paperwork filled out. BOTH were not a problem!! . I know my last Primary was not a great match but they have got it together at this office. SO happy that I made the change!”
