I was managing the project for our condo building and interacted with the salesman, installation crew, and owner of the company, all of whom were kind and respectful throughout the process. They returned phone calls and emails promptly, arrived when they said they would, were pleasant during installation and cleaned up after themselves when the project was finished. Nowadays it's rare to have this kind of experience! Thank you, Family Fences!
