“While I dislike their current mechanical voiced answering system, I have always had good service at this facility. For over ten years, this has been my 'go to' facility for tests/exams. I never had a bad experience here: wait time is acceptable, modern waiting area is bright/open, free parking, free coffee, pleasant staff. Yes, occasionally an employee needs a little 'pick-me-up' but, hands down, I'll take dealing with humans over any self-guided/impersonal machine. I highly recommend this facility.”
