“Teachers are great. Some will do the moves with you while others will guide you. Ebony is my favorite instructor of all times. She only sub here now and I've told her a million times that Ive renewed my membership because of her. I do wish they would have a 5am sessions. The place is clean except when you come in after another class. The cleaners won't have the time to clean the floor because the yogis come in right after. You just need to bring your own wipes. My con, you have to be extra early or you'll be doing your poses on top of someone else. You are packed like sardines and some get territorial. Won't offer you their space. I wish they have some sort of lines, but you just drop your mat wherever. If you're even 10 min before your class, expect to be in a small area with no room to move. I have no issues because I come in 30 min early. If "im late", meaning I get in 5min before --just don't. ”
