(September 6, 2018, 9:04 am)i love living here.but the lot rent is a little bit too high with not much yard space. im going to miss the office assistant itza she was the best person to me when i bought my place a year and 2 months ago.
(September 1, 2018, 4:04 am)After many attempts of obtaining a home at another community, I came back to try with Town and Country.
The process was simple, and the community manager made everything simple.
Bought a great home at a low price.
Love the fact that lot fee includes water and trash. And the fee is much lower than other communities.
Community is quiet, safe and friendly.
Only reason I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 is because unlike other communities, they dont allow pets. I've had to leave my furry companions with my family.
If they were willing to change the no pet policy; they would deff deserve 5 of 5
