“Randy was our tow truck driver, he was a great guy - let us warm up in his cab while he worked to get our car going again. when that didnt happen he towed us back to his shop and even gave us a ride to the train station (we live 20 miles away from des plaines) he even waited with us till the train arrived, even though he didnt have to (it was only kinda cold out). the next day, our car was repaired (dead alternator) and the cost of the repair and the tow was very reasonable and honestly - he treated us exceptionally well. It was great, I reccomend Tri-R Service to anyone in the northwest burbs needing a tow and or repair!”
