North Shore Exchange

This place is super nice! I needed a dress for a wedding (which happens pretty often since I rarely actually get a nice dress). I generally dislike shopping...but this shop is so easy to like! Everything was in great condition, and up to date or classic. There were a number of nice dresses which also would have been good for work. Coats, lovely boots, and beautiful jewelry and accessories. It is fairly expensive for a resale shop, however the items for sale are almost new and are brands which cost a lot.... also, the slightly bolder items actually were beautiful and not-run-of-the-mill. So I would go again for sure.

Fabulous store! Although they have very high end designer items (Chanel, Balenciaga, Gucci, etc.), the volunteers who staff the shop are extremely warm and welcoming, even if you don't swan in there dripping in diamonds and carrying a Birkin bag. It's such a nicely laid out and well curated shop, and all of the items are absolutely gorgeous and high quality. I love shopping second hand, and while this is a different experience (and serves a different clientele) from Goodwill or Salvation Army, it's nice to see a luxury consignment shop done so well. Plus, I love that 100% of the profits go to charity! Worth a visit, even if just to look at all of the beautiful items.

I went here often with my mom to take clothes she no longer wore. It is a great place to go if you are looking for high end used clothing that is in excellent condition. They have unique household items, too.

We love the North Shore Exchange. The inventory is always top of the line and beautifully displayed. There are many treasures to be found from jewelry to designer clothes to furniture. The staff are so friendly and always happy to see you and very helpful. Best of all, proceeds go to charitable causes and you’re helping recycle and reduce waste.

What an amazing store, I have never been before and was extremely impressed with the selection of clothing, seasonal sale prices and quality of the pieces. A true gem of glencoe. I came in to consign and everyone was so lovely and helpful. Process was super easy.

The vibe pf the store was great and I even ended up browsing and found a steal priced treasure I ended up buying. I love this store and will for sure be visiting again to shop & consign.
