(October 10, 2018, 1:14 pm)Not necessarily open to the public but had a good conversation with I assume with one of thr owners. Primarly they deal with distributors but they were able to sell me a part that I needed. Just call ahead of time and should be able to accomodate you in some way.

I learned about HID Concept through other Audizine forum members who advised I should buy my new bulbs from them. They were 100% right and I recommend the same for anyone else who wants quality at a great price.

I found a site with slightly lower price and called HID, and they immediately matched and shipped it right away! (If I bought it from the other site, it'd taken couple days late...) I got it way faster than expected!
Next time my bulbs burn out, HID Concept is my place for ma car! -

Not only was he patient with me, but he walked me through picking out the best option for my needs. The thing that impressed me the most was the fact that he could have sold me the most expensive thing in his shop, but directed me into purchasing the "right" kind of products for me.
I absolutely appreciate the fact that he did that without giving me your typical pressure sales.
On top of that, he gave me a free shipping deal. A plus in my opinion.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for their automobile needs. Thanks, Mike!
