  It does not matter who will be answering your call because you will always get the pleasure of speaking with someone who is extremely polite, generous, knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to help the customer in any way possible.
  My family and I have been customers of Matt Mitchell's State Farm Insurance for all of our vehicles for more than 10 years. We have never had any issues with them. Every agent has been extremely helpful and understanding. I have never had to deal with an agent who would try to sell me the policies/insurance for the things I do not need. I am extremely thankful that the agents do not attack their customers like sharks, instead, the agents help the customers in every way that they can and they always make sure that the customers are happy!
  
  I am moving to a new apartment building, which requires renter's insurance. I had tried searching around and looking for an agency that would not be crazy expensive or hard to deal with. Luckily, it dawned on me that I should try reaching out to State Farm insurance and see if they can give me a good quote for the renter's insurance. I spoke with an extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very polite agent, Ms. Jumana. Ms. Jumana was incredible! She gave me the best quote than any other insurance agency had given me! She asked me a few questions and was able to provide a quote within minutes! Ms. Jumana was not pushy at all. She was extremely patient with me and provided me with different options!
  
  After completing the renter's insurance, Ms. Jumana asked me a few questions about my vehicle.. and guess what? She even helped me save a lot of money! She provided me with the best information, that I didn't even know existed! I am extremely thankful for Ms. Jumana's help, patience, information, and just an extremely positive attitude! She really made me feel like she cared about my situation! She was incredible. There was another lady who I spoke with for a few seconds, while waiting for Jumana, unfortunately, I cannot recall her name, but she was also extremely polite and nice to me!
  
  If you want to be treated nicely and don't want to hear any more sales pitches, then go to State Farm of Matt Mitchell because, Mr. Mitchell has the best team of agents working for him and trust me all of those agents care about the customers and will help you solve whatever issue you may have, without pushing anything that you might not be interested in hearing about.
  
  I know for a fact, that State Farm of Matt Mitchell is the best insurance agency because the agency not only has the best and most caring people working there but it is also affordable. Neither me or my family will ever go to a different insurance agency.

  Where do I begin? It always takes me a while to make up my mind when it comes to major changes or purchases in my life.
  About a month ago I realized I needed a new car and wanted to shop around for the best quotes. In that months span I must have sent Jumana Sweilem, my NEW State Farm representative at Matt Mitchell‘s Agency, probably 10 different vehicles to quote. As I mentioned before I’m not someone that easily makes moves.
  At this point I was still insured with one of their competitors and there was no relationship between myself and her agency, but yet she was very responsive took her time and answered every single one of my questions and gave reasons to every answer she gave me to help get the best value of my insurance through several emails.
  I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Jumana that not only did I switch over to State Farm but I have already recommended her and Matt Mitchell‘s agency to several of my friends. This is old school business 101, customer service at its best. Thank you again!!!

  After the hit and run that happened to me, I called Matt Mitchell State Farm right away. From the first phone call I made, I knew I was in good hands. Andrea took the time to walk us through what we needed to do after what happened to our car. This was a distressing event for us but she made us feel at ease with her calming, professional presence. Even after so many questions and phone calls to her, she was always accommodating and extremely pleasant and never displayed any annoyance or impatience with us. She is compassionate and caring and her work ethic is outstanding. We recommend this agency to all.   Matt's office team assisted us with adding our daughter to our insurance very quickly after she obtained her driver's license. They also helped us add insurance to a new used car we recently purchased within a few days. Very please with their customer service, information they provided and response time.
