“I live in Atlanta and was hit by a driver insured by Unique Insurance in early March. That same month went and got an estimate and Unique decided car was totaled. Didn't want to give up car so was told i would be charged a fee for keeping the car which was about 350.00 from the check that they sent in late May. They did every thing that an Insurance company is supposed to do. It takes longer then you would like but patience is a virtue. Totally satisfied with the amount they gave and car is on it's way to being repaired.”

“I don't know happened with some of these other orders. I got some items a couple of months ago and wanted to submit a review about the delivery because it was a good experience. I was about to make another order and remembered I hadn't done the review. It was really surprising. Compared to some of the reviews I had seen before I did my order, I wouldn't have done it if the deals weren't so good. So I really tried to be hopeful on it and they met my expectations, well surpassed them really because I didn't know what was going to be the case. They sent everything I wanted. They even took care of stuff that I included in a note for the order and didn't give me any problems at all. I don't know. Maybe it's a matter of trying to have to take care of all the issues from the forefront, like sending messages and requesting the communicate if there are any problems. They didn't have to reach out to me because they did everything fine, but, even though it seems like extra work, making those requests from the beginning could help. At least you have notes in case there's any misunderstanding.”
