(September 26, 2019, 5:43 pm)I came in a bit nervous today to rent out my first unit and Latoya made it a breeze! I was so comfortable with her and she was very patient with me! Such a sweetheart! She made sure to help me with my budget and what I was looking for and recommended great tips! Also the facility looked cleaned and definitely smelled better than the other places I looked at.

(August 13, 2019, 3:23 pm)Extremely clean and well managed facility. Very friendly employees. I experienced a very easy move in and move out process. Only negative was that the billing process wasn't communicated clearly and I was charged for a full month of storage even though I moved out mid month. That should be an easy fix but they didn't do it.
(July 30, 2019, 7:36 pm)First off I wanted to say is I've had my storage since 2009. I've met with many staff members from Marty & Denise which are Awesome. To Latoya Brown and Jacob. Latoya has helped me in many different ways since February 2019.
Extra Space Storage should be really thankful to have her on there team. You need more people like Latoya. She always has a smile on her face and always goes that extra mile to Help you. Plus, she keeps the facility very clean.
(May 30, 2019, 2:30 pm)Latoya was so wonderful in helping us with our first storage. All of items wouldn't fit in a 5x5. Latoya looked to see if she had a 5x8 , she did and gave us that space with no hassle. The facility is nice and clean and well organized. I am really happy with my experience here and Latoya gave 100% customer satisfaction! Thanks again Latoya:)
