Chantel and Lorenzo came to clean my couch which got peed on by my cats and dog. After they were done my couch was like brand new! There was no smell and it was softer than the day I got it!!

Experienced an overflow, had some water damage, called ServiceMaster and they did a really great job. I have used them in the past I was happy to see they still have the same crew.

They did an impeccable job cleaning my area rugs. They were really dirty, I have two dogs and toddler twin boys. We moved to Evanston from Lincoln Park for more space but did not want to replace our rugs, they were a gift from my parents and wanted to be able to display them. Lorenzo left them looking better than when we first got them. Really happy with the results.

Used them for a sewer backup they cleaned up the water from the basement and all the mess on my first floor from the water coming out of the sink. They did a great job.

Fernando and his team were great to work with! Fernando explained the process in depth to me, and I was able to easily contact him when I thought of more questions. The water damage clean up went exactly as he had described. The team was extremely quick, polite, and efficient. The team was so nice to move my furniture for me, and they made sure I was okay with the placement. The condo was clean and my furniture was moved back into place before they left. Very seamless and minimal work for me! I would definitely recommend.
